Over the course of its history, Capcom has created some of the most iconic characters and franchises in gaming. From the ubiquitous Street Fighter and Rockman franchises to the genre-defining Resident Evil and Devil May Cry series, Capcom has utilized its talent to create recognizable and entertaining games all over the world.

To accommodate such a global presence, Capcom has offices around the world – including Tokyo, Osaka, US, UK, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Singapore - where longstanding franchises are grown and new ones developed. Guided by the idea of fostering a culture of entertainment, Capcom has consistently acted on this view by creating innovative and hugely popular games that push technical and creative limits.


In recent years, the gaming and e-Sports market in Southeast Asia has shown remarkable growth and we have seen increasing support for CAPCOM's games from game users in the region. In order to better understand and cater to the Southeast Asian gaming market, we have established a presence in Singapore, and we aim to build a stronger connection with the gaming community in Southeast Asia through localized marketing strategies, partnerships, and collaboration tailored to this region.

As our Singapore office will function as a central hub for supporting Southeast Asia, game users can expect more Capcom events in Southeast Asia, our participation in regional gaming conventions, swifter information dissemination and increased engagement with game users through media platforms.

We believe that the gaming market in Southeast Asia holds substantial growth opportunities, particularly driven by an enthusiastic youthful demographic. We hope to fully tap on such opportunities with this proximity to the region, and at the same time cultivate the gaming culture together with game users in Southeast Asia in line with our corporate philosophy, "Capcom:Creator of Entertainment Culture that Stimulates Your Senses."
